Food is our foundation.

Approximately 10 million tons of toxic chemicals are released into our environment by industries each year. These chemicals end up in the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat, not to mention the medicine that is supposed to heal us. These toxins bombard the human body, mind and spirit.

Constant exposure to these damaging elements increases the rise of chronic diseases such as: asthma, fertility issues, birth defects, developmental disorders, thyroid conditions, digestive problems, cancer, and neurological
conditions; to name a few. These conditions weaken our entire being and make us vulnerable to a life one should never have to experience. Can we eliminate these ‘obstacles’? That’s debatable. However, we can strengthen
our very core, the foundation; what lies within us to live a healthful and happy life.
